TLG Grabs Virtual Airtime

On December 6th, 2011, The Leadership Group launched their Twitter handle, @TLGLeadership, their first of many initiatives to establish their expertise on the World Wide Web.

The transition began on November 24th, 2011, when TLG signed marketer Kyle Evans. “When I first met with Dale and Trevor and heard about the work they were doing, my first reaction was ‘wow, more people need to know about this.’” Kyle has been working to establish a name for himself in the social media space, and says that he’s excited to transfer and build on his experience with a company he can truly be passionate about. “We’re building better leaders, and the benefits reach far beyond the individuals we work with.” TLG’s leadership training and coaching services teach managers and coaches how to better engage and motivate their employees, creating a better workplace that everyone can enjoy.

Trevor Stevenson, Co-Founder and President of The Leadership Group, is very excited about the transition to the socialsphere. “We’re on the cutting edge of our field,” says Stevenson, “Our passion is seeing the successes our clients realize through neuro-leadership, social media will allow a larger audience to access the tools we teach.” Stevenson sees social media as a way to grow awareness of their innovative programs, and knows that something as simple as a tweet or blog post could be enough to make positive change in the leadership abilities of a follower.

TLG’s social initiatives don’t stop at Twitter. With pages on Facebook and LinkedIn up and running, and plans to delve into other networks such as Google+ and Quora, TLG’s ambitious goals for social expansion will allow leaders worldwide to implement the latest in neuro-leadership techniques. Their YouTube channel, LeadershipTV, also launches in the New Year. “LeadershipTV is something we’re really excited about,” says Dale Stevenson, Co-Founder of TLG, “Although a hands-on approach to leadership training is always best, it’s good to know we can make our material available to anyone who needs it.”

TLG’s Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages are available now. Join the conversation!
