The Leadership Group is a leadership development firm that coaches leaders to transform their interactions with staff, colleagues and management. The result: Leaders learn to proactively create and nurture the environment they need to make things happen in today’s workplace, through the brain power of others.

Our experienced coaches specialize in the application of current brain science to real-world leadership environments. Called Brain Power Leadership, our approach enables today’s leaders to learn, practice and apply the brain-based tools and techniques that motivate and mobilize staff, colleagues and management to produce the required results, to think strategically, to innovate and manage priorities.

Through a variety of programs and services we offer formats and focus areas that suit specific leaders and organizations. These include long-term leadership development programs, one-on-one coaching, leadership team coaching, custom-designed programs, and introductory workshops.

We serve clients in both official languages – French and English – in Canada’s capital region: Ottawa, Ontario and Gatineau, Quebec.
