Our Brain Power Philosophy

Brain Power Coaching is our leadership coaching philosophy. It is also the most up-to-date leadership model for today’s brain-powered workplace – a model for making things happen through the brain power of others.

A Coaching Philosophy

We believe that in order produce exceptional results your brain must be working at its best. Scientific research  shows that there is much we can do to improve the effectiveness of our brain’s functions. Brain Power Coaching – the method we use for all of our leadership coaching services and programs – is uniquely designed to enable every individual’s brain to function at its very best.

Our coaches work to create the right conditions for peak brain performance – conditions that make the most of each individual’s multi-faceted intelligence, eliminate cognitive errors, improve concentration and focus, unleash creativity, and secure strong relationships with others in the workplace. We also work with leaders to develop advanced brain functions (functions that do not come naturally to us), including strategic and long-term thinking.

Every brain is unique, with its own needs, triggers and patterns. Our Brain Power Coaches are skilled at identifying the barriers to optimal brain function and creating an environment in which every client’s potential can be released from those barriers.

Our Brain Power Coaching approach is unique in these ways:

  • It provides leaders with brain-based tools and techniques to create the workplace interactions and environments that are required to get things done.
  • It shows leaders by example and through first-hand experience how current knowledge about human brain function can be applied to real-world leadership and management environments.

A Leadership Model

Some leadership models have been around since the Industrial Era, when managers had to master machine-based modes of production. To produce results in today’s workplace, however, leaders must master how the human brain operates.

As a leadership model, Brain Power Coaching is truly transformative because it enables leaders of all kinds – from executives and directors to team leaders and project managers – to harness the power (and the quirks) of the human brain in order to get things accomplished. Although our brains are not “wired” for modern organizational life (in fact, they are perfectly suited to life as it was 20,000 years ago), science is now able to show that the brain can be developed for higher functions at any stage of life.

By training leaders in the Brain Power Coaching leadership model, we show them how to use brain-based tools and techniques to proactively create productive workplace interactions and environments. They can learn to use Neuro-Leaderhip Coaching™ (NLC) to affect change through positive influence, to optimize team performance and job satisfaction, and to make things happen through the brain power of others.
