Amanda is the primary manager of procedures, operations and administration for TLG’s ongoing coaching and long term development programs devised for employees through to executive level leaders. She is focused on ensuring that each TLG engagement serves the greater success of the client.
Amanda is in touch with TLG clients on a regular basis to ensure that their leadership ambitions are supported throughout the development process. She is dedicated to bringing TLG clients the most impactful resources available in support of their ongoing success.
Amanda has an extensive background in adult learning, coaching, and the achievement of developmental goals. She specializes in the support of adult learning in a structured development process and in client-driven environments. Her background includes administrative support of coaching clients in the not-for-profit sector and experience as a personal support worker.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) from the University of Ottawa. She lives in the Glebe with her husband, James, and several furry companions.
