Doug is a veteran leader hailing from the high-technology sector. He has more than 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest and smallest technology companies in a variety of executive team roles. His experience has taught him that organizational success is driven by strong project management, a culture of goal setting, and personal leadership development.
He was co-founder of the start-up, IceFyre Semiconductor, and became VP Engineering of this WiFi technology firm. He was responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-disciplined team of engineers. He has also held technology executive roles at Quake Technologies, AMCC, Diablo Technologies and SMSC Canada.
Doug is currently Director of the Program Office at Sidense. As a Senior Advisor to The Leadership Group, he is an invaluable resource on TLG’s technology and project management projects and clients.
