Before pursuing his passion as an executive coach and advisor, he spent 10 years in senior management roles at Cognos, including as VP of Global Customer Support, Business Director of Application Development Tools, and Director of R&D.
In 2006, Ed became an entrepreneur, forming EWS Consulting to pursue his passion for growing teams and companies by mentoring leaders to build effective teams and to increase their personal productivity. He is a successful leader of culturally diverse teams, achieving collaboration and cohesiveness.
Ed is currently Senior Vice President, Enterprise Solutions at Coveo, a world leader in customer insight solutions. As a strategic advisor to TLG, he provides strategic growth advice and leadership development support.
