Gordon is an experienced corporate leader. At Statistics Canada, he gained 25 years of supervisory and management experience before taking on the role of Management Development Advisor. In that role, he provided individual coaching, conducted coaching circles, designed and delivered management training programs within the organization, and became a Certified Integral Coach™.
In 2006, Gord retired from public service and entered private management coaching practice. He is now a co-founder, partner and Certified Integral Coach™ at The Dover Group, where he specializes in the areas of personal and organizational development. Since 2008, he has also been involved with Integral Coaching Canada as a mentor, and evaluates participants in the Certification Program for Integral Coaching.
As one of TLG’s exceptional coaches, Gordon focuses on all aspects of the individual within the organization and the individual’s coaching objectives. He helps to develop leaders’ ability to contribute to the goals of the organization in a way that is also personally meaningful.
Gordon was twice honoured with the Statistics Canada Employee Recognition Award. He lives in Gatineau and enjoys family and friends. He pursues continuous personal development, meditation, golf, travel and long nature-walks with his wife.
