Lydie Ujeneza, Executive Assistant

Lydie’s customer service background and secretarial training make her an efficient and effective assistant to Dale, Trevor and The Leadership Group team. Her strong background in executive support ensures that TLG is responsive and efficient in its client communications. Her mission at TLG is to ensure sure that everyone who comes into contact with the company has a special experience with us.

Lydie interacts with TLG’s clients to coordinate meetings and confirm appointments; and, she offers support to TLG team members by performing various services essential to operations: overseeing budget and contracting activities, administrative and program support including tracking, organizing, and coordinating events; preparing general correspondence and preparing reports.

Having worked as a certified flight attendant for several years, Lydie understands how customer service is important to any business. She has also been a sales representative and assistant manager in retail environments, and received training in Secretarial Studies from the WQCC.

Lydie lives in Gatineau with her daughter. She enjoys family, friends and travel. On a more personal note, Lydie thrives on personal development and cherishes her spiritual relationship.
