For over 27 years, Michael has been an established forward thinker in the areas of Quality Management and Organizational Excellence. He has facilitated the creation, implementation and audit/assessment of quality management systems based on ISO 9001 and organizational excellence models in the public and private sectors, including education, non-profit, service and manufacturing. Other aspects of his work include Strategic Planning, Program/Process Evaluations, Process Mapping, Process Improvement Teams, Business Process Reengineering, Appreciative Inquiry, with development and delivery of a host of seminar and workshop subjects related to organizational improvement. Michael is a Senior member with the American Society for Quality with critical certifications (CQE, CQA, CQM/OE), and a Licensed Associate with Excellence Canada, administrator of Canada’s Award for Excellence.
