Leadership Development Programs

To truly master the leadership skills that make things happen in today’s workplace, leaders need the opportunity to practice and apply current knowledge about human brain function to their real-world environments.

Our Leadership Development Programs are designed to do just that. Targeted at small peer groups, these 3-6 month programs combine education reading, group discussions, practice and one-on-one feedback from a personal coach. Participants will:

  • Fully master contemporary leadership techniques
  • Practice and apply brain-based coaching leadership techniques to their specific environment and scenarios
  • Gain first-hand experience of Brain-Power Coaching through one-on-one feedback and coaching sessions with their dedicated coaches
  • Receive feedback and course corrections on their use of the leadership tools and techniques
