Purpose & Outcomes
This powerful leadership development program trains leaders in Neuro-Leadership Coaching™ (NLC) tecuniques developed by Certified Professional Coaches. It is designed to help mangers enhance their leadership techniques to meet objectives in today’s workplace, by engaging the brain power of themselves and others.
In Level 1, participants will strengthen their awareness and understanding of the manager’s role as coach, and will develop a broad array of highly specialized coaching skills to apply in their workplace. The skills will enable them to deal with poor performers and rising stars alike, to motivate employees and team members, increase productivity and achieve goals.
In Level 2, participants will leverage their newly acquired coaching skills and will coach one of their own employees through the program. This approach strengthens one’s coaching competencies immediately, within the real-world context of the workplace. Mastering the role of coach will improve the quality of daily workplace conversations, produce results with greater ease, maximize employee potential and much more.
Program Composition
Level 1:
Level 1 is delivered via a combination of monthly hands-on group sessions and one-on-one coaching. Participants have the opportunity to learn, discuss and practice the NLC techniques, put them into immediate use, and receive instantaneous feedback from a coach.

- How our brains dictate what we think, say and do
- Introduction to the brain-based iGROW! Model for facilitating change
- How to regulate emotions so that any conversation causes engagement and gets results
Level 2:
In this advanced program, leaders who have completed Level 1 will leverage the theories and skills of NLC to coach one of their employees. Participants will be evaluated by themselves, by the person they are coaching, and by the program facilitator.

- Understand and demonstrate the theory and skills of an effective manager as coach
- Intentionally listen at deep levels
- Develop excellent questions based on deep listening and curiosity

- Demonstrate skill and flexibility in guiding employee conversations to assist them in accepting their role in their own development and satisfaction
- Increase skill and knowledge in engaging in coaching conversations to employees to who represent the broad range of performance and engagement levels
- Determine resources to continue developing your coaching skills
