This program addresses any discrepancies between the skills an organization needs and the skills that particular leaders develop. It ensures that leadership development within an organization is aligned with organizational goals, and helps to balance and align “the coaching triangle”, which includes the leadership coach, leader, and senior management.
Program Composition
This program takes a top-down, bottom-up approach to align coaching conversations with the leader(s) in question and to identify the organization’s vision and clarify the objectives of leadership development and leadership coaching.
The format of the program includes:
- One-to-one coaching interviews between Senior Leaders and Managers
- Focus groups with Middle Managers
- Employee surveys
