Our leadership team development services are offered in packages of 6, 8 or 10 hours and typically unfold over the course of weeks or months. The typical service unfolds as follows:
- An initial needs and fit assessment – The Leadership Group will discuss with you your leadership team’s challenges, needs and goals in order to determine the best approach for the team’s development.
- A custom program plan – we will create a program that is focused on objectives, goals, coaching schedule and outcomes. It will typically combine group discussions, topic-targeted workshops and one-on-one coaching for each team member. Realtime “embedded” coaching may also be employed.
- Check-ins – our Customer Service Manager will periodically follow up to ensure the client-coach fits are successful and that the program is unfolding as desired.
- Final evaluation and ongoing development plan – upon completion of the program plan, we will sit with the team and each individual to review the goals, objectives and progress. At this stage, we will reinforce the Brain Power Coaching techniques and tools that have been acquired, and may also suggest a plan for continued leadership team development.
